Machine management is easy with Snap Vending. Track selections, inventory, cash collected, expenses, mileage, cash and click meter, stats and more! Full-line and bulk machine types are supported.

• Selections and Inventory

  Setup machines as full-line or bulk. Add as many selections as you need. Fill selections with your inventory. When servicing machines, you need to enter the current counts and units added for each selection and Snap Vending will take care of calculating expenses, moving inventory around, and more!

• Cash Collected and Expenses

  Enter the amount of cash collected for each service. The cash collected will show up under the stats tab for reporting. You can also add expenses whenever you need for whatever you want. Snap Vending takes care of auto generating some expense for you such as cost of goods sold any time an item is sold. You can get an overview of you expenses under the stats tab for reporting purposes.

• Mileage, Cash, and Click Meters

  For each machine you can track mileage by entering the odometer readings for your trip. The cash and click meter are optional and can be toggled on and off depending on if you need to use them for each machine.

• Stats

  You can view stats for all machines for a given date range to get an overview of how they are performing. See what machines are performing best along with the best performing products in each machine. You can see your biggest expenses and see how they compare to the cash collected. Hopefully the collected amount is bigger than the expense amount!

Inventory management allows you to create and track any inventory you purchase over its lifetime from order to sale. Create orders and transfer inventory from on hand, to in machine, to sold. Also track inventory profitability.

• Products

  Create as many products as you need. Both full-line and bulk products are supported. Create and track orders for all your inventory. Easily transfer products between on hand, in machines, sold, give away, or sold!

• Inventory Tracking

  Track inventory from the time of purchase, to when you place it in your machines, to when it gets sold. Snap Vending will take care of automatically creating expenses such as cost of goods sold when an item is sold. You can also keep track of expired inventory or inventory given away.

• Stats

  You can view stats for all products for a given date range to get an overview of how they are performing. See what products are performing best overall. Or, for a single product, you can see how well that product is performing in each machine. You can also see your biggest product expenses by category.

Snap Vending allows you to add multiple users to your business. You can create user levels and give users as much or as little access to your Snap Vending business.

• User Levels

  User levels allow you to control and limit access to users who are associated to the user level. For example, you can create a user level to only allow users to view and edit a single machine, multiple machines, or you can give them full control over all machines. You can do the same for products, locations, and more! Simply create a user level and tweak it as needed, then assign users to the user level. You can edit user levels at any time.

• Users

  You can have as many users as you want under your business. Invite users to your business and assign them a user level. You can always change the user level for any user or even remove them from the business if you are an admin. Users can be a part of as many businesses as you want and you can have multiple businesses. Under you profile you can switch between businesses.

Create and manage locations. Place as many machines as you want at any of your locations and manage location data and information with ease.

• Locate Machines

  Create a location and then place machines at your location. Create as many locations as you want. Save location details such as contact info, hours, status, notes and more for each location.

• Stats

  You can view stats for all locations for a given date range to get an overview of how they are performing. See what machines are performing best overall at specific locations. You can also get a breakdown of your location expenses by category as well as your cash collected for the given time period.

Reporting allows you to get an overview, so you know how well your vending business is performing. Get reports for machines, locations, products, or your business as a whole!

• Businesses

  At the business level you can view all inventory sold for a given date range broken out by machines so you can see which machines are performing the best. You can see all the expenses you have for the date range broken out by category. Finally, you have your income report where you can see your cash collected minus expenses.

• Machines

  At the machines level you can view all inventory sold for a given date range broken out by machines so you can see which machines are performing the best. You can also view, for a single machine, which products are perfroming best. You can see all the expenses you have for the date range broken out by category and product. Finally, you have your income report where you can see your cash collected minus expenses.

  At the products level you can view all inventory sold for a given date range broken out by product so you can see which products are performing the best. You can also view, for a single product, how well that product is performing in each machine. You can see all the expenses you have for the date range broken out by category.

• Expenses

  At the expenses level you can view all expenses sold for a given date range broken out by category, machine, and product.

Snap Vending is mobile friendly. Our mobile web app allows you to take Snap Vending with you on the go so you can service your machines in real time on location.

  Snap Vending will give you a great user experience no matter what device or browser you are using. Simply navigate to https://snapvending.com/ in the browser of your choice to start using Snap Vending.

Snap Vending's user interface provides you with everything you need to easily manage your vending business. • User Driven

  We want to create and implement new features that can help our users better manage their vending business. Users can request new features to be added to Snap Vending. We will try our best to accomodate and implement requests we get that we think will improve the users experience while on our site.

• Dark Mode and Light Mode

  You can choose to use Snap Vending with the dark theme or the light theme. Easily switch between them at any time, on any page, from the drop-down menu.

• Grid and List Views

  On pages where you see the grid and list icons, you can decide if you want to view items in a grid, or in a list. The view type selected for the page you are on will be saved. View types are page specific so you can view each page however you choose. The choice is up to you!

• Accessibility
